When referenced in the metaculture wiki, unless otherwise specified, the Laws of Physics refers to the true principles that underlie the workings of the universe, rather than the currently accepted theories based on the knowledge we have available in the present day.
As time and scientific knowledge advances, our working theories will get closer and closer to fully modeling the behavior of the real universe. The metaphysical assumption is that such an objective model of reality does exist, but can never be described completely and accurately (see Gödel, Reality, Theory of everything).
The Laws of Physics are like the generating equation for the fractal universe.
Quantum Mechanics is the branch of physics favored by those who like to use pseudoscience and woo to appear smart and/or distract people from whatever scam you're pulling. Since the people who understand quantum mechanics don't even understand quantum mechanics (according to Feynman), it is very easy to pull the wool over your own eyes or those of others who understand it even less. If someone mentions "quantum" and "consciousness" in the same sentence, you should immediately be skeptical.
Relativity is confusing, but significantly less confusing than quantum mechanics. At least it makes deterministic predictions.
Stephen Wolfram's Ruliology [1] offers a unique perspective on how the laws of physics are applied to matter using computational modeling and cellular automatons. It uses more of an algorithmic approach to understanding the universe, compared to the mathematical ones we are used to dealing with.
