Get a good night's sleep, but don't dally. The only time you have to live is the time you spend conscious.

Meditation, books, and ditching social media are great ways to fall asleep better.

Overthinking it is a great way to fail.

The truly wise know when it's time to think and time to sleep, and train their brain to respond appropriately to the moment. Anyone that stays up all night ruminating is not showing superior intelligence. The same is true of cynicism. True wisdom is trusting of others, and sleeps well at night as a result.
